Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and convenience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, ideal for the Bay Area, but could use some updating given the price. The big screen TV and refrigerator were nice additions. However, the service left something to be desired with issues like billing and cleanliness. The location was perfect for airport proximity, but the value for money wasn't the best. The dining experience was average, offering continental options with little variety. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel had very small and stinky rooms, but they did come with a mini-fridge, which was convenient. It felt more like staying at another hotel with external rooms. The service was excellent as the staff were very helpful and friendly, although we had to wait for the Manager in some situations. The location was perfect for us, being very close to Oakland airport shuttle ride, but it seemed too public since anyone could walk in like motels outside the Hilton. The dining experience was quite nice with a great selection, but the Indian dishes were a highlight. The facilities were satisfactory overall, although there were some noise issues at night.
